Company History: Our company was started in 1998 when a family member purchased a strand of pearls in China for $35 and they appraised here in the USA for $385. At that point, I knew immediately that there was a huge opportunity to import pearls directly from the source, skip US resellers, skip retail stores, and sell directly to consumers via the web. We started as a sole proprietor ship in 1998, became an LLC in 2001, and then incorporated in 2004. Since our inception, we've made a name for ourselves with personalized customer service and only the highest quality pearl jewelry, while selling at wholesale prices direct to the public. - The Pearl Outlet

I just received my order. It was packed really well. The boxes the jewelry came in were great also. Thanks for doing the wood box upgrade.
I was blown away by the jewelry. The necklace took me by surprise. Everything I ordered was great! They all match well. I will continue to look at them and see how to pack them to give to [my wife]. I hope she is as impressed with them as I was when I saw them. My expectations were lowered before opening because of my previous experience with [another company] as you know but there is no comparison of the quality of the jewelry, pearls, and packing from the order I placed before with [another company]. The pearls were impressive, silver toned and high-quality! That is what blew me away the most. The clasp on the necklace also stands out.

I am extremely pleased with the purchase made (Akoya pearl earrings with 18k gold setting), and the entire experience per se. Apparently, the 18k gold setting was not available initially so they had to wait an additional day for that. Despite that, I received the earrings in time - which was crucial to me, as it was a birthday gift.
Additionally, they had beautifully gift wrapped the box as requested and I couldn't have been more pleased!
Rest assured, I will continue to purchase from you guys henceforth.
