Question: Does SmartVoice Have Good Customer Service?
Answer: Our customers always tell us how happy they are with our model of individual account managers. When somebody becomes a SmartVoice customer they are assigned an individual account manager that manages every aspect of their account. This is really unique in our industry, people don't typically get assigned account managers, they just submit orders online and they deal with some nameless customer service folks.
We actually work toward making that relationship stronger every day, our customers become completely reliant upon our customer service department and we hear compliments almost every single day from them.
