Question: How Can Logixcare Help A Company That Already Has An Internal IT Staff?
Answer: Typically we will manage one or two services in these scenarios. For example, a company will need our backup and recovery service because their server is destroyed; we will provide them with our own server and have them up and running by the next morning. Although that company has its own staff, the staff wouldn't be able to provide the service and infrastructure that we can in a short time frame.
In other situations, we will manage security for example, so the internal IT staff can focus on other aspects that are less involved.
