TruTurn brake drums are made using a process called "Turned-to-Balance" which provides improved drum strength because it eliminates the need for weld-on weights and balance cuts. Also, because our drums are machined on both the inside and outside of the drum they stay cooler and are less likely to crack from hot spots.
