Question: What Is Commercial Cardlock?

Answer: If you go back forty years ago, Oregon did not have self serve, but businesses don't want to wait in line at a retail gas station for their vehicles to be refueled. On top of that, if you owned a bulk tank, how would you track the fuel usage? To solve these issues, people created a system that allowed them to manually track the gallons used, then eventually computers came along so we could pull those transactions without even leaving the office. This process led to what is now known as Cardlock. Now we can issue cards for specific vehicles, the driver enters in his/her unique PIN, and it tracks all of their transactions.
