Question: What Is The Difference Between Indoor Gardening And Outdoor Gardening?

Answer: With an indoor garden you are trying to manipulate the environment so that it replicates the outdoor environment. You need the sun, wind, and water for plants to grow, but an indoor garden can't receive these naturally. To imitate the sun an indoor garden needs special lighting fixtures. Air movement can be reproduced with fans similar to that of wind. Essentially, for an indoor garden to be successful it needs to be very similar to that of an outdoor garden; however, there are some key differences when you get into special indoor gardening techniques such as hydroponics and aeroponics.
