Answer: OliverMcMillan acquires and/or develops mixed-use, retail, condo, apartment, hotel and office properties, either individually or as parts of a single larger development. We look for opportunities to develop from the ground up, value-added improvements to existing projects and public/private partnerships for the redevelopment of distressed assets. We target major metropolitan growth markets in US and Canada. We use a team approach to identify optimal properties for acquisition, development or redevelopment.
