The California Health & Longevity Institute gathers experts in nutrition, fitness, life balance and medicine and features the most advanced medical technology available. Comprehensive fitness facilities and luxurious Four Seasons accommodations are also available all under one roof, and all designed to pave the path to a happier, healthier and longer life.

What programs are offered at CHLI?

CHLI offers introductory programs from a 2-hour healthy cooking class, a 6-hour sampler experience, a full day, non-medical program to a 5 day comprehensive ultimate health experience integrating all of the health experts together to provide one of the most comprehensive health improvement recommendations available.

Is CHLI a luxury vacation destination?

Yes, the property was designed to provide all of the luxury and amenities that are found in any 5-star resort. But instead of golf and tennis we offer health improvement programs.

What is a spa retreat?

Three restaurants are on the property offering the finest in dining with healthy options that still feel indulgent.
