1. What is CareCredit’s
healthcare financing? How does it work?
CareCredit’s healthcare
financing is unique. Unlike a traditional credit card,
CareCredit offers financing specifically for healthcare
treatments and procedures. These treatments can include
much needed family dental work, cosmetic surgery or even
veterinary services for your family’s pet. It’s easy to
apply for CareCredit financing online at carecredit.com
and you find out instantly if you are approved.
CareCredit also gives you a ‘No Interest’ option, as
well as an Extended Payment Plan (EPP) which helps you
select a payment plan that works for you. This
convenience allows you to start using your CareCredit
account immediately. CareCredit healthcare financing is
accepted at 100,000 practices, which makes finding a
participating provider simple. Don’t know if your
doctor, dentist, vet or chiropractor accepts CareCredit?
The CareCredit website can help you find an approved
provider in your area.
2. What kind of medical
procedures qualify for CareCredit’s medical financing?
CareCredit can be used for
many necessary healthcare services not generally covered

General and cosmetic dentistry are also common and
CareCredit financing comes in very handy. Other
qualifying procedures and services include cosmetic
procedures and surgery, chiropractic services and
veterinary services.
3. What are the payment
options for CareCredit’s healthcare financing?

cards, CareCredit healthcare financing offers different

payment plan that works for you. If you feel you can pay
off your CareCredit balance within 3, 6, 12, or 18
months, you can select the ‘No Interest’ plan. If you
will need a little more time for paying off your
CareCredit account balance, you can take advantage of
our 11.9 Low Fixed Interest plans for 24, 36, 48, or 60
months.

card? What is the interest rate?
The CareCredit card is a
credit card designed for healthcare and beauty services.
Unlike traditional consumer credit cards, CareCredit
offers a wide array of options, including no pre-payment
penalties, no up-front costs and no interest financing
if paid within 3, 6, 12, or 18 months. If a longer
payoff time is desired, payment plans of 24, 36, 48, or
60 months are available with 11.9% Low Fixed Interest.

if my doctor is part of the CareCredit Network?

doctor name or practice or even search by professional
service. The CareCredit Provider Locator will give you a

11. Do different
doctors offer different plans?
Yes. Every provider offers
a variety of our No Interest and Low Fixed Interest (EPP,
Extended Payment Plans). However, all doctors offer the
‘3 Months No Interest’ Payment Plan. Each provider
