Please explain the main types of pet stairs and ramps available, and what are the main pros and cons for the different types?
High density foam pet stairs are the main type of stairs. There many different ramps available for various applications, cars, pools, etc. Pros: foam is lightweight, portable, and when you stub your toe on it, it won’t hurt. Covers are removable and washable.
What makes your stairs better than your competitors?
Low impact, high density polyurethane foam fabricated and bonded for maximum support. We are the original pet stairs, the industry leader. They are also fire retardant.
Are pet stairs functional or mainly fashion statements?
Functional, but also fashionable as there are different cover designs available.
How did you get started in the pet stair business?
Fifteen years ago I purchased a new bed with a double pillow-top mattress. When it arrived home, it was higher than anticipated. It was 34”! I tried the wooden carpeted steps, stubbed my toe and got splinters. And they were unattractive and extremely heavy. I threw them out and immediately had my first petstairz custom made out of foam.
