Private Label Credit Card
The Venue Private Label Credit Card program provides 100% financing, no interest up to 18 months, no annual fee, no application fee, and low monthly payments.

Lease Purchase
The Venue Lease Purchase program provides customers the opportunity to purchase brand name luxury merchandise for affordable prices regardless of their credit history. Customers qualify for the Venue Lease Purchase program if they have been employed at the same company for at least six months (no temporary agencies), gross more than $1000 in income per month and have an active checking account. The Venue Lease Purchase program spending limit is based on the customer's gross income and bank account activities. You do not need to open a new credit card account. Your payment will be automatically deducted from your checking account.

Layaway
The Venue Layaway program is a purchase option for customers who do not qualify for the Venue Lease Purchase program. It allows customers to make payments towards the purchase of a product. Once the merchandise is paid for, the product is shipped to the customer.
WHY DO YOU DESCRIBE YOUR FINANCING PROGRAMS AS "EASY" (I.E., EASY FINANCING)?
Venue characterizes its financing programs as easy because payments are based on the customer's pay period, whether weekly, bi-monthly or monthly. Payments are automatically and conveniently deducted from a customer's checking account and therefore do not require further action by the customer. Furthermore, customers are not required to put any money down, and shipment is immediate. No credit check is necessary to qualify for Venue's Lease Purchase program. Customers need only to be employed with an active checking account.
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE EXAMPLES OF MERCHANDISE THAT IS AVAILABLE TO VENUE CUSTOMERS FOR AS LOW AS $15 PER Week?
Examples of merchandise at Venue that customers can finance for as low as $15 per week are as follows:
- Diamond stud earrings
- Toshiba HDTV
- KitchenAid mixer
- Sony Playstation
- Canon camera
- Brand name perfume, purses, and watches, and much more!
WHAT DOES 90 DAYS SAME AS CASH MEAN?
If the customer pays off his purchase in full within the first 90 days of the delivery date, the full cost of a particular product will be as listed on the Venue website under "Our Price." After 90 days, customers are given an option to pay the remaining balance of their lease payments at a 35% discount.
HOW ARE VENUE PAYMENTS FLEXIBLE?
Venue's payments are flexible because they are based on our customers' paydays. Venue customers also have the option to pay off their contract early and receive a "same as cash" discount if their balance is paid within 90 days or a 35% discount if paid off thereafter. Payments are conveniently and automatically deducted from their checking account according to their paydays.
HOW IS VENUE ABLE TO PROVIDE AN INSTANT DECISION (I.E., INSTANT APPROVAL, FAST APPROVAL) AND HOW DOES VENUE VERIFY THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE APPLICATION IS TRUTHFUL & CORRECT?
Venue tries to verify a customer's identity and checking account information in real time through access to a variety of databases; however, this is not always possible. In cases in which an application cannot be instantly approved, those customers will be placed in pre-approval status until their information can be verified. For instance, a customer may need to verify his income by faxing in a copy of his pay stub, or Venue's financial partner may call a customer's employer directly to verify employment. In the meantime, customers are free to continue shopping for products.
PLEASE ELABORATE ON "SHOP NOW, PAY LATER." FOR EXAMPLE, IF CUSTOMERS "SHOP NOW" HOW LONG DO THEY HAVE UNTIL THEY MUST "PAY LATER"? IN OTHER WORDS, WHEN DOES PAYMENT COMMENCE? ON DELIVERY DATE? IS THERE ANY KIND OF GRACE PERIOD?
Payments start the pay period after the customer receives their merchandise.
HOW DOES THE CONCEPT OF "RENT TO OWN" APPLY TO VENUE?
Customers sign a Lease Purchase agreement for a term of 1 year. They are given the option to pay 90 days same as cash, which will be equivalent to "Our Price" listed on the website. Customers are also given a buyout option at 6 months. If none of these options are taken, the lease term expires after one year and the customer automatically owns the product.
Venue has a Satisfaction Guaranteed policy: If a customer is not fully satisfied with her purchase she can return it within 14 days.
VENUE DOES NOT CONDUCT A CREDIT CHECK, BUT IS THERE ANY POINT IN WHICH A CUSTOMERS CREDIT IS ASSESSED? (I.E., NO CREDIT CHECK)
Customers' credit is never checked at any point during the application process.
DOES VENUE HAVE A GUARANTEED APPROVAL POLICY FOR ALL OF ITS CUSTOMERS OR JUST A CERTAIN CATEGORY OF CUSTOMERS? FOR EXAMPLE, IF A CUSTOMER DOES NOT QUALIFY AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION IS THERE A PERIOD OF TIME DESIGNATED FOR THEM TO APPLY AGAIN?
Venue has a program for everyone regardless of credit history. Even if customers do not qualify for Venue's popular Lease Purchase program, the Layaway program is also an option. Moreover, a customer who has not qualified for the Lease Purchase program may apply again within 30 days, when income or banking history has improved.
HOW DOES VENUE PROVIDE BENEFIT TO CUSTOMERS WITH BAD CREDIT (I.E., CREDIT PROBLEMS) OR NO CREDIT HISTORY?
Venue offers consumer financing regardless of credit history. There is no credit check. To qualify for Venue's Lease Purchase program, all you have to have is a minimum gross income of $1000 per month and an open checking account that has been active for the last three months with no excessive overdraft or non-sufficient funds fees. The checking account must also show at least $500 deposited a month and have at least five transactions to be considered active.
