Company History: Our company was started in 1998 when a family member purchased a strand of pearls in China for $35 and they appraised here in the USA for $385. At that point, I knew immediately that there was a huge opportunity to import pearls directly from the source, skip US resellers, skip retail stores, and sell directly to consumers via the web. We started as a sole proprietor ship in 1998, became an LLC in 2001, and then incorporated in 2004. I am extremely pleased with the purchase made (Akoya pearl earrings with 18k gold setting), and the entire experience per se. Apparently, the 18k gold setting was not available initially so they had to wait an additional day for that. Despite that, I received the earrings in time - which was crucial to me, as it was a birthday gift.
Additionally, they had beautifully gift wrapped the box as requested and I couldn't have been more pleased!
