Question: How Can I Lose Fat Without Having Time To Exercise?

Answer: Well, first, you can lose fat simply by improving your nutrition, as 90% of your weight loss success is what you eat - even if you're not exercising. But exercise is important too - for long-term successful weight loss and good health in general, so here are a few quick tips to make this "can't find the time" challenge easier...

1. Make sure exercise is convenient
If you spend more time traveling to the gym than you do working out, consider a routine that you can do in your home.
Your muscles don`t care where the resistance comes from; whether its dumbbells, resistance bands, machines, or your own body weight your muscles will benefit just the same.
More important than the type of equipment and where you do it, is making sure that you actually do it. If it`s more convenient for you to do push-ups on a park bench than it is to go to a gym to do a similar exercise on a machine, the park-bench method will keep you healthier because you`re less likely to skip it. So choose a location and routine that`s easy and convenient to your schedule.

2. Work several muscles in one exercise
Squats, Lunges, and the Leg Press Machine all work these 4 muscle groups: quadriceps, hamstrings, buttocks, and calves.
Essentially, you will be training four muscle groups at the same time with any one of those 3 exercises, rather than just working your quadriceps when doing Leg Extensions, for example.

3. Have alternate exercises in mind
When working out at a gym, there will be times when someone is on the equipment you want to use.
You should always have a back-up plan an alternate exercise that trains the same muscle group. For example, if someone is using the Barbell Bench Press, simply go to another bench with dumbbells, or use the Chest Press Machine, or just do Push-Ups.

Have a plan and act fast; you`ll be done with your workout in no time. I hope this was helpful, and if you need help with your nutrition, just say the word!
