Question: How Does The Stage Backdrop Rental Process Work?
Answer: Customers can either call one of our very experienced sales reps for assistance, or simply go onto the Grosh website. We have a state-of-the art e-commerce system so customers can check availability and get a shipping cost from the warehouse (we host inventory in both California and Indiana to save customers money on shipping). They then create an account if they don`t already have one and place either a deposit or full payment. We accept Purchase Orders from high schools and colleges on our website as well. We will send the customer a copy of their rental and follow up after their performance to check and see how the backdrop or drapery worked for them.
