Answer: First of all, we guarantee a collectible edition book that has been graded (both the book and the jacket) then we add a protective acetate jacket on top of the book jacket. So we hand grade our books and wrap them in protective jackets; most book sellers won't do that�you'll buy the book and it will not have any protection. When our customers order books from us, they open the box and it's like Christmas. We bubble wrap our books, center tape them in the box, we insure them, we even have an unconditional return policy. We really treat them like a collector's item, the way it should be.
