Question: How would I know if my roof has issues?

Answer: If you believe your roof may have issues, it is a good idea to have a roof inspection done by a qualified licensed roofing contractor. Always be cautious of the sales pitch that seems to accompany inspections and estimates. When they tell you that you have problems with your current roof and what is wrong specifically with your roof and how best to correct it. After you have had an inspection done, get an estimate from another roofing company covering that specific issue. Be on site when the estimate is done and ask the estimator his thoughts on your issue. This is an inexpensive way to get a second opinion.
