Question: If my roof leaks do I need to have it replaced?

Answer: Not necessarily! Roof repairs, if done properly, will last as long as your roof would have to begin with. Try to stay away from estimates that say they will caulk the roof or use mastic type repairs to reseal the roof. It is always best to install new flashings, replace the existing vent or pipe jacks with new ones, not reuse or reseal old ones.
