Company History: "Kaman Music Corporation, headquartered in Bloomfield, Connecticut, is the largest independent U.S. distributor of musical instruments and accessories. Kaman's musical beginnings came with the development of the unique and famous Ovation guitar (roundback) in 1964 by Charles H. Kaman. In January 2008, KMC was acquired by Fender Musical Instruments Corporation the world's foremost manufacturer of guitars, basses, amplifiers and related equipment.
KMC operates two full-service warehouses strategically located in Portland, Tennessee, and Ontario, California. KMC is committed to high (98%) fill-rates, as 99% of orders placed by 4PM are shipped on the same day.
