DKI Damage Restoration Smoke/Fire Remediation

DKI's scope of work was to clean and deodorize the structure and the contents on all five floors plus clean the entire supply and return air duct system. We also removed and replaced damaged ceiling tiles on the first and second floors.

DKI provided site supervision, cleaning and some dry-out services.It was about three weeks before the building's own sump pumps were up and running. DKI stayed throughout the 3-week pumping period to make sure the building and structures stayed dry.
